Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
All items in stock will normally ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order. (excluding weekends) If an item is not in stock you will be notified by email of the expected ship date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. All orders are shipped via FEDEX Ground. Shipping charges will be the actual charge from FEDEX no extra shipping charges. You will be notified by email of the total amount before it ships. A tracking number will be submitted to you upon completion of your order.

Return Policy:
Sierra Stream and Mountain strives to ensure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied with our services and products. If by any reason you are not happy with or have just purchased the incorrect item, you may return the item within 15 days of the purchase date for exchange, full refund, and or store credit. We will not accept items that have been damaged, used or worn. Each return needs to include a copy of the original receipt and invoice. If you would, please let us know if you would like to exchange, refund or create a store credit. All refunds exclude shipping charges.
